Bullous lichen sclerosus with lymphocytic phlebitis

Phimosis, intraoperatively dense preputium.
Lichenoid and vacuolar interface dermatitis with marked hyaline change of the papillary dermis. Subepidermal blister formation with focal detachment of the epidermis. Dense cuffs of perivenular lymphohistiocytic inflammatory infiltrates in the dermis (phlebitis).
Phlebitis can occur together with lichen sclerosus.
