55 year old woman with papules, plaques, blebs and erosions of the forearms.
Chronic spongiotic psoriasiform dermatitis: Hyperortho- and parakeratosis with broad rete ridges. Spongiosis of the epidermis. Langerhans cell microgranulomas (pseudo-Pautrier abscesses) in the epidermis. Superficial chronic lymphohistiocytic perivascular inflammatory infiltrate with scattered eosinophilic granulocytes. Vertically oriented thickened collagen fibers in the papillary dermis.
