Submucosal tumor of the upper lip.
Well circumscribed tumor showing multiple tubules/canalicular structures. The tumor consists of epithelial cells vary from cuboidal to columnar, with uniform oval nuclei without signs of atypia. The intervening stroma is pauci-cellular and includes many capillaries. Signs of malignancy (infiltrative growth, nerve sheet involvement etc.) are absent.
