Well circumscribed tumor with a close association of both an epithelial and a mesenchymal-like component. The epithelial component shows various cell types some forming ductal structures. Focal squamous metaplasia is present, forming keratin pearls. Myxoid, hyaline, and chondroid matrix constitute the mesenchymal-like component. Interspersed, fatty tissue is present, which is not a sign of malignancy. No infiltrative growth or invasion of nerve sheaths or vessels can be seen.
