Tumor of the palate.
Well circumscribed, mostly solid and partially cystic tumor consisting of relatively large cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm. In higher magnification, the tumor cells have an epitheloid appearance with a central nucleus and are arranged in nests. In between, loosely myxoid stroma is present. There are no signs of atypia or infiltrative growth.
