53-year old male patient with peripheral blood eosinophilia.
Hypercellular bone marrow with prominent interstitial eosinophilia. In addition, there are several necrotizing peritrabecular epithelioid granulomas with rare giant cells.
Special stains including Ziehl-Neelsen and immunohistochemistry for mycobacteria were positive.
