70-year old male patient with a CLL diagnosed 4 months ago. Bone marrow biopsy was performed before starting treatment due to B-symptoms and symptomatic lymphadenopathy.
Hypercellular bone marrow (70-80%) showing multiple nodular, at times diffuse infiltrates of mature small lymphoid cells. There is a partial displacement of the normal hematopoiesis which does not show features of dysplasia.
