73-year old female patient with a suspicion for Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoma. A CT scan revealed enlarged iliac lymph nodes.
Hypercellular bone marrow (60-70%) showing an interstitial and nodular infiltration of mature small lymphoid cells. Note the cleaved nuclei, which is suggestive of mantle cell lymphoma. Remaining hematopoiesis is inconspicuous.
