PLAP (plazentäre alkalische Phosphatase)
- Anfärbung:
- Zytoplasma positiv.
- Reaktion in Neoplasien:
- Positiv: Seminom, embryonales Karzinom, Gonadoblastom, Dottersacktumor, Chorionkarzinom, epitheliale Ovarialtumoren, intratubuläre Keimzellneoplasie.
Negativ: Spermatozytisches Seminom, unreifes Teratom. - Diagnostischer Nutzen:
- Nachweis von Metastasen von Keimzelltumoren. Nachweis der intratubulären Keimzellneoplasie.
