Subarachnoidalblutung im Bereich der Hirnbasis. Frischblut füllt die Sulci aus und ist als schwarze Streifen erkennbar.
Zusatzbefund
Frische kortiko-subkortikale Hirnkontusionen nachgewiesen:
frontopolar rechts (3x3cm), frontobasal beidseits (bis 4x3cm),
temporopolar rechts (Dm: bis 4cm) und im hinteren Drittel
temporobasal links (Grösse bis 5x3cm). Frische Schädelbasisfraktur. Monokelhämatom
rechts. Blutige Otorrhoe links.
